Meet Dr. Puja Agarwal
The ability to smile is something that we have almost from birth. It is the most elementary form of body language but perhaps, due to its universal use, it is the most important. My desire to study dentistry stemmed from the realization that not only does a dentist have the ability to improve the mouth aesthetically and ensure that people feel more confident, but a dentist can also alleviate pain and make a huge difference to the quality of life of a patient.
Dr. Agarwal graduated from India as a dentist in 2007 and continued her education in USA at University of Washington School of Dentistry where she graduated with a DDS in 2016. She moved back to the North East region where she practiced in Pennsylvania and finally in the DMV area . Dr Agarwal has over 10 years of experience in the practice of Dentistry. From 2007 onwards Dr. Agarwal is very active in giving back to the society. She has been working in outreach programs, helping everyone that needs care. She has over 10 years of experience in delivering the best possible dental care. Dr. Agarwal treats her patients like her family.
Dr. Agarwal is dedicated and dynamic general dentist with extensive experience providing expert dental treatment. Exceptional patient skills focused on restorative treatment and care as well as preventative management. Dr. Agarwal is empathetic professional capable of reassuring and alleviating patient fears. She is enthusiastic about dental health; enjoy educating patients on dental care and hygiene.
Dr. Agarwal loves her family. She loves to spend time with her husband and daughter. She takes her daughters to farms and parks so that they are close to nature.

Meet Dr. Alexis Wilson
Dr. Alexis Wilson was born and raised in Durban, South Africa, and moved to the US to attend undergraduate studies in Boston, MA. She knew that she wanted a career in which she could interact and care for people, and chose dentistry because of the long-term relationships that good dentists form with their patients. She studied dentistry at the University of Washington School Of Dentistry, and after graduating spent 6 years practicing in Seattle, before relocating to the DMV area with her family.
Dr. Wilson provides comprehensive dental care to all of her patients, earning their trust by advocating only what is best for their health. She wants patients to feel comfortable and cared for, and wants every trip to see her to be a positive experience for them. Dr. Wilson takes pride in her clinical skills, and continuously keeps herself up to date with research and continuing education and training.
Dr. Wilson is a member of the American Dental Association, Northern Virginia Dental Society, and the American Society of Forensic Odontology.
Outside of work, Dr. Wilson and her husband are outnumbered by two children, two dogs, and one cat. Dr. Wilson enjoys the company of kind human beings, cooking, traveling, and buying far more plants than she has space for.
Meet Dr. Yasmin Shahkarami
Originally from Virginia, Dr. Yasmin Shahkarami received her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from James Madison University (go Dukes!). She went on to earn her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, where she graduated Magna cum laude and was elected to the Omicron Kappa Upsilon honorary dental society. Afterwards, Dr. Shahkarami continued her education by completing a two-year general practice residency at the Richmond VA Medical Center where she received advanced training and provided dental care to US military veterans.
In her free time, Dr. Shahkarami loves running, baking, and spending time with her family.
Dr. Shahkarami is passionate about dentistry and helping patients achieve a healthy, beautiful smile!
Meet Our Team
Rimi Kachhadia, CDA, BDS
Rimi grew up in India and where she received her bachelor of dental surgery. She began working in the dental field in 2010 and joined Renew32 in 2021. Rimi loves how much her career has allowed her to grow. Not being attached to any one place or person allows her to grow herself and her team. Rimi views her work team as her other family and loves working with them.
In her free time, she enjoys cookouts with her family and playing games with her brother and parents.
Yajaira Bonilla
Yajaira grew up in Hyattsville, MD, and graduated from High Point High School. She then received her dental x-ray technician certification from Fortis College. Yajaira has been working in the dental field since 2018 and joined Renew32 in August 2019. She loved educating patients about the importance of their oral health.
Yajaira is married with two kids. She loves participating in outdoor activities, such as camping, going to the beach, and fishing.
Natalie Mendez
Natalie grew up in Silver Spring, MD, and earned her x-ray certification in 2020 from Hygiene Associates Inc. She joined the Renew32 team in 2020. Natalie loves her job because she and her coworkers try to help each other out in any way they can.
In her free time, she enjoys doing crafts with her daughter, relaxing, and having movie nights with her daughter and fiancé.
Glenda Gales (Gigi)
Gigi was born and raised in Washington, DC. She has over a decade of experience in customer service. Gigi has worked in the dental field since 2018 and joined Renew32 in 2022. She enjoys working at Renew32 because she loves the women empowerment since everyone that works here is a mother or parent and understands.
Gigi is a single mom of two boys and is the number one boy mom! Every Saturday, her family has a game night or goes to the skate park. In her free time, she loves watching movies or listening to music.
Elizabeth Anaya
Elizabeth Anaya grew up in Gaithersburg City, MD, and graduated from Battlefield High School. She joined the Renew32 team in March 2021 and this is her first job in the dental field. Elizabeth has enjoyed working at Renew32 because she is always learning new things about oral health and has been able to grow as a person since she started working here. Elizabeth loves the Renew32 team and her co-workers already feel like long-term friends. She is grateful for the opportunity to work at Renew32 and sees it turning into her career.
Elizabeth has been with her spouse for 5 years and is a mother to a beautiful boy named Liam. In her free time, she enjoys shopping, going to good restaurants, spending time with her loved ones, and taking her son to the park.
Ajah McKnight
Ajah MnKnight grew up in Newberry, SC. She attended Howard Community College and the Dental Association to earn her qualifications in dental assisting and medical assisting. Ajah started working in the dental field in 2020 and joined the Renew32 team in October 2021. Her favorite part about her job is making people smile.
Ajah has two sons who she enjoys spending quality time with watching movies, playing with Legos, going to the park, and spending time with her mother. In her free time, she enjoys reading books, exploring, trying new foods, and hanging out with her friends and family.
